Role:

The purpose of this job is to ensure that all orders are processed in an accurate and timely manner. This position is also responsible for problem solving issues with customers while ensuring that the majority of calls are answered in a timely manner.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service by building and maintaining a positive relationship with all customers
  • Accurately keying and inputting of orders
  • Friendly telephone contact with customers
  • Actively liaise with fleet and customer
  • Maintain and develop customer add-ons
  • Ensure customer satisfaction levels are maintained
  • All administrative duties related to the customer service department
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications/Skills/Job Requirements:

  • Pleasant telephone manner
  • Previous customer service/call centre experience
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Computer Literate with Microsoft Office exposure (i.e. order entry)
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including Holidays and Weekends
  • Accurate keyboarding skills and numerical data entry experience
  • Ability to meet deadlines in a fast paced environment
  • Proven ability to work well in a team environment
  • Minimum Grade 12 education or post-secondary education or a good combination of equivalent work experience & education
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated problem-solving skills
  • Ability to take on new challenges and learn new processes
