The HR / Payroll Coordinator will report to the Director, HR and will also have significant accountability to the Director, Finance with a 50% / 50% split of time going to both departments. The incumbent will be an important member of both teams and will help ensure the payroll process is compliant with all legislative requirements. They will also ensure that employees receive a high-level of service with all payroll and benefits inquiries. The incumbent will support the day to day operations of the HR team.
