Our Brampton location is presently looking for a Supply Chain and Logistics Coordinator (Contract position) to join our Materials Management and Procurement Department.
The Supply Chain and Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the Taro and Ranbaxy Order to Cash SAP implementation by completing SAP Data entry, performing SAP transactions, and validating reports between both BPCS and SAP systems
Principal Duties and Responsibilities :
• Manually process Inventory adjustment from BPCS to SAP systems
• Create STO orders (purchase orders) on the SAP system.
• Create SAP ASN (delivery notices) and receiving STO orders (purchase orders)
• Move required inventories (damaged, expired, short dated goods) to assigned SLOC (storage locations)
• Manage inventory variances and reconciliations between BPCS and SAP system
• Provide detailed reports, BPCS vs SAP adjustments, UPS (third part distrinution) vs SAP inventory levels, SLOC inventory levels, etc.
• Enter or update SAP material master from a completed template
• Work with the Customer Service department to address supply chain concerns
• Work with IT to resolve issues immediately to avoid disruption to supply chain ASN IDock issues.
• Responsible for submitting IT help desk ticket as required
• Other duties as required
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
  • Post secondary Diploma in Supply Chain Management or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years of office administrative experience with experience in materials management in a manufacturing environment or equivalent.
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is an asset
  • Demonstrated experience with generating and interpreting reports
  • Exceptional organizational skills, ability to multitask and prioritize work assignments while meeting deadlines
  • Detail oriented, accurate data entry to ensure that correct information is available for all departments.
  • Previous experience using a BPCS and SAP system is an asset.
  • Excellent communication skills, strong business writing
  • Effective interpersonal skills to develop business relationships
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite to include Word, Excel and Power Point
  • Excellent customer service mentality with the ability to anticipate needs of Operations
  • Good problem solving skills, with the ability to think outside of the box and can grasp the big picture in a chain of events
  • Diligent adherence to deadlines required to meet production plans.
  • Ability to prioritize daily administrative tasks with larger projects and ad hoc requests.
